Our Residential Limited Warranty

Feel secure with our 15-year workmanship warranty on installations.

Every sloped roof installed by BROS. Roofing is covered for any roof failure caused by a defective installation for a period of 15 years from the date of installation.
Exclusions include:
1. Damage caused by third-party installations or repair
2. Defects in the material or colour variations
3. Property damage due to natural causes, high force winds (over 80 km/h), ice damming, hail damage
4. Damage caused by animals

Safety & Certificates

WSIB & Mol: BROS. Roofing registered with and compliant with all Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and Ministry of Labour mandates and policies. Clearance certificate upon request.

Working at heights: All crews and field personnel are Working at Heights certified, having completed all necessary training and courses on fall protection and work site conduct.

Public liability insurance: BROS. Roofing carries the necessary public liability insurance mandated by the Province of Ontario.
